Simply sign up and complete your profile to join as a Member. For higher tiers, you can qualify based on your spending and engagement over time.

Tier status, except for Member, is valid for two years from your entry into the tier. After two years, your status may change based on your recent purchases.

Points are awarded with a qualifying purchase, based on your tier’s earning rate for every $500 spent. Qualifying purchases include purchases of State Property's ready-to-wear fine jewellery as well as personalised pieces and bespoke commissions. Points are not awarded for repairs or resizing of our pieces, as well as non-State Property products carried in our store.

Points can be earned on purchases made in-store or online by credit card, PayNow, cash, or gold trade-ins. Points will not be awarded for payments via Kris+ or Atome.

Points can be redeemed at checkout for eligible purchases, both online and in-store. Each point is valued at S$1 and can be used to offset the total amount of an order. Points may be applied toward our ready-to-wear fine jewellery line, but cannot be used for personalization fees, bespoke commissions, or repairs. For more details on eligible items, our team will be happy to assist.

If you choose to return an item within 30 days, points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account accordingly. For returns made after redeeming points, any redeemed points' value will be deducted from the return. For items paid with redeemed points, note that points are non-refundable, and any remaining balance from the return will be issued as store credit, as per our returns policy.

Points, benefits, and tier status are personal and cannot be transferred to others. They are exclusively for the client who earned them.

The Ambassador tier is by invitation only, reserved for clients who embody our brand’s essence and serve as influential advocates. It offers exclusive benefits and experiences.
