Initial Consultation
- We will discuss your vision, the occasion, and the story you want your piece to tell.
- To begin, a design fee is required, allowing us to focus exclusively on crafting your design.
- You will also complete a bespoke questionnaire to help us better understand your style and jewellery preferences.
Designs and Proposals
- Once ready, we will invite you for a second appointment to present the design proposals, wax prototypes, and detailed pricing.
- Two rounds of adjustments are included, ensuring we refine the design to perfection.
Manufacturing and Delivery
- Once the design is finalised, we begin the meticulous process of bringing it to life. This typically takes 14 to 18 weeks, depending on complexity, though rush options can be discussed.
- You will receive regular updates throughout the process, keeping you connected to the journey of your piece.
- When your jewellery is complete, we will invite you to collect it during a final appointment, marking the completion of your bespoke experience.

Undoubtedly, there is a premium for bespoke items as they are designed and crafted individually, and separately from our regular collections. Our team spends the same amount of effort, if not more, designing a single bespoke piece as we do designing a piece from our main collection.

Are you able to source gemstones for me?
Yes, most definitely. We work with a trusted network of suppliers.
I have a stone with sentimental value that I would like to use for my Bespoke piece. How do you go about this?
We'd be honoured to work with gemstones that mean a lot to you.
In most cases, we will be able to use the stone, but we will need to assess the gemstone to give you a definite answer.
It is preferred if you are able to provide the accompanying certificate for the gemstone. In the case where you do not have one, we are able to get them certified for you or point you to a reputable gem lab.
