→ Integrated Operations Coordinator
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this dynamic role, you’ll support the seamless operation of our business across various functions:
- Logistics Management
- Handle logistics for outbound shipments, e-commerce orders, local events, and international shows, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
- Retail Partner Liaison
- Liaise with local and international retail partners for special orders, consignment arrangements, repairs, returns, and material or information requests.
- E-Commerce Management
- Set up and manage products on the online store to ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Knowledge of coding is not necessary
- Project Management
- Manage local and international shows or events, including inventory planning and event logistics.
- Marketing Coordination
- Arrange photoshoots, handle stylist loans, and respond to press and mall marketing requests.
- Office Maintenance & Staff Welfare
- Coordinate office needs, including aircon servicing, flower subscriptions, pantry supplies, and maintenance.
- Oversee staff welfare, ensuring celebrations for birthdays and timely gifting for festive occasions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Only Singaporeans and PRs may apply
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Point of Sales (POS) systems, Google Drive, and email communication.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Familiarity with fine jewellery, luxury goods, or retail operations is an advantage.
- Prior experience in logistics, marketing, or project management is a bonus.

- Full-Time: Base salary from S$3,000/month + additional incentives.

→ Sales Associate
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a key member of our team, you will:- Deliver exceptional fine jewellery sales experiences with a client-first approach.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain elegant product displays and uphold the cleanliness of the boutique.
- Manage inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to create outstanding customer experiences in a positive work environment.
- Assist with various tasks, including jewellery delivery or collection and event support.
- Represent State Property with professionalism, poise, and a commitment to high standards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Only Singaporeans and PRs may apply
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Point of Sales (POS) systems, Google Drive, and email communication.
- Knowledge of fine jewellery or luxury goods is a strong advantage
- Prior experience in luxury retail is mandatory
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Full-Time: Base salary starting from S$3,000 to S$4,000/month + sales commission.
