FAQ
How do I join State Property Rewards?
Simply sign up here and complete your profile to join as a Member. For higher tiers, you can qualify based on your spending and engagement over time.
How long does my tier status last?
Tier status, except for Member, is valid for two years from your entry into the tier. After two years, your status may change based on your recent purchases.
How do I earn points?
Points are awarded with a qualifying purchase, based on your tier’s earning rate for every $500 spent.
Qualifying purchases include purchases of State Property's ready-to-wear fine jewellery as well as personalised pieces and bespoke commissions. Points are not awarded for repairs or resizing of our pieces, as well as non-State Property products carried in our store.
What payment methods are eligible for earning points?
Points can be earned on purchases made in-store or online by credit card, bank transfer, PayNow, cash, or gold trade-ins.
Points will not be awarded for payments via Kris+ or Atome.
How do I redeem my points, and what can they be used for?
Points can be redeemed at checkout for eligible purchases, both online and in-store. Each point is valued at S$1 and can be used to offset the total amount of an order.
Points may be applied toward our main fine jewellery collections, but cannot be used for personalisation fees, bespoke commissions fees, or repairs. For more details on eligible items, our team will be happy to assist.
What items are eligible for the birthday privilege?
Birthday discounts apply to main collection items, special editions. New launches are eligible for birthday discounts for Collector tier members only.
Items that are not eligible include bespoke design fees, personalisation fees, and non-State Property products carried in our store.
Are there any conditions for the birthday privilege?
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, are non-transferable, and are valid only during your birthday month.
Purchases paid for via Atome or Krispay are not eligible for birthday discounts.
