In creating the Edessa chapter, our team sought to evoke the grandeur of the Byzantine era, balancing history with modernity. The iconic arcs of Byzantine architecture served as our inspiration, capturing the essence of a time when art and culture intertwined to create enduring legacies. The design’s undulating waves, which mirror themselves, are symbolic of the cyclical nature of life—a reflection of how the wisdom of the past informs our present and lights the way for the future. With Edessa, we aimed to bring together the old world and the new in a dance of elegance and resilience, crafting a piece for those who appreciate the profound connection between what was, what is, and what will be.
