To celebrate 10 years of State Property, we are having our very first Black Friday promotion. This promotion is exclusively online, and for orders shipping to locations outside of Singapore. 

Enjoy a 10% discount with no minimum spend, or 15% if your order is above USD8,000. 

The promotion starts on 28 Nov 2025, 12:00am EST and ends on 1 Dec 2025, 11:59pm HST. 

There are certain products that are excluded, primarily our bridal jewellery as well as Special Edition pieces. 

The discount will be automatically applied to your cart upon checkout. 

Items that are in stock will be shipped within 2-4 working days whilst preorders will take approximately 10 weeks to ship.
