Returns Policy

We do hope that you are always delighted with your State Property products. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or not quite what you expected, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt in exchange for store credit. 

For the return to be accepted, the pieces must be unworn and in their original condition. They will also have to be returned with the original packaging. Make sure to include your proof of purchase. Orders for customised, engraved or bespoke pieces, as well as sales items, are not eligible for returns.

You will be responsible for shipping costs of returned items. We recommend that you send the piece via insured registered delivery and keep the receipt as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

You will be issued a credit note upon successful return of the product. The credit note is valid for 12 months from its date of issue. Credit notes are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable, and to be redeemed in a single transaction. No cash will be reimbursed for unused store credit.
