→ Retail & Operations Coordinator
THE JOB
- Retail Communication
- Liaise with retailers
- Create and manage documents for retail operations and logistics
- Shipping Coordination
- Fulfil shipping orders for our online store and retailers
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing and tracking
- Inventory Management
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Generate regular inventory reports to ensure optimal stock levels
- Website and Online Store Maintenance
- Update and manage our brand's online store and website
- Ensure product listings are accurate and reflect current inventory
- Knowledge of coding is not necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Only Singaporeans and PRs may apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) & Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator is a plus. If not, a willingness to learn these tools is essential.
- Previous experience in retail communication, shipping logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
